The Nexus Storm 2 Gang RCD switched socket is IP66 rated for protection
against water ingress. The RCD socket is of the latching type with a
30mA trip current and 40mS trip. This provides added protection against
electric shock. It has a robust, high impact UV stable switch housing
for protection and safety.

It has a Neon LED power indicator. The Nexus storm Socket is easy to
install. It has clearly marked terminals with backed out captive screws.
There is a choice of cable entries on four sides of the housing to cover
all cable entry requirements. There are 2 rubber wall fixing seal covers
to ensure protection against water ingress. (Wall fixings are not
supplied)

All cable entries in the four sides have removable blanking caps. There
is also a drill out entry on the rear face. A choice of 2 Earth
terminals are located inside the mounting box for ease of installation
and safety. The housing is customer configurable - It will also accept
alternative socket modules from the Nexus BG Grid range of wiring
accessories. Optional padlocking feature - (padlock not supplied)
