The light will work for a maximum of 5 hours continuous use at 120 lumens but for longer if you use the lower light settings. The rear facing red light has 2 settings of high and strobe & ruses 2x CR2032 lithium coin batteries which are supplied in the pack. The hat has thermal qualities and is water resistant. It can be either hand or machine washed whenrequired.
